Eligible Items

All furniture, art, sculptures, living plants, vintage, consignment and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return. All other items may be returned for store credit only within 5 days of receipt. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

 

Damages + Delivery Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at hello@stock.studio if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

 

Cancellations + Lead Times

Lead times and stock availability are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been placed, it is non-cancellable and non-refundable.

In the event of unexpected delays or changes in availability, our team will notify you as soon as possible and provide updated timelines or alternative options when applicable.
