Stephan Jones
Principal
Stephan, a proud Iowa native, is known for his friendly demeanor and practical approach to design, earning praise from clients and colleagues. He studied History at The American University in Washington, D.C., before returning to the Midwest to pursue graphic design and interior architecture at Drake and the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. In Chicago, he gained experience at notable firms like the Environments Group and Bruce Gregga Interiors before starting his own business. In 2007, he launched Stephan Jones Interiors, relocating to Los Angeles five years later.
With over 30 years in design, Stephan has created a diverse portfolio that includes luxury apartments and country homes across cities like New York, Chicago, and San Francisco. His work has been featured in publications such as Elle Decor and the Wall Street Journal, and his home was recently showcased in Milieu.
Beyond design, his focus on building trust and effective communication with clients has led to successful projects that meet their unique needs. One client even calls him their “Design Yoda.”
Ivanka Stipicevic
Studio Manager
Ivanka is many things at STOCK. She’s the air traffic controller, muscle fiber, client liaison, and first face you see when you walk in. In other words, she’s the anchor. (Although her unofficial title
is ‘mini-boss’).
Born in California and raised in Chile, she was immersed at the confluence of architecture, design, and construction at a young age. The daughter of a general contractor, Ivanka was actively involved in many of his projects–not in some observational role, but actually working in the office and running the jobs themselves.
After earning her degree in Interior Design at FIDM Los Angeles, she continued to build on her interiors & construction experience as an Assistant Designer, then Project Manager at Geometrix Interiors, Environments Design Group, and Ventura Builders, Inc. After hearing about STOCK from a colleague in the design space, she was introduced to Stephan. The next day, he offered her the job. (Sometimes, you just know!)
In her last five years with STOCK, she’s helped build the operational side of the business–from running the storefront,
to managing the team, to being the point person for client projects. Stephan says “I need you to find X, Y, and Z,” and she makes it happen.
Ivanka loves the high-growth nature of the business, the common thread of sophistication shared by the clients, and Stephan’s timeless & versatile design.

Conor Berkery
Sales Lead
Growing up on Long Island, Conor was the rare kid who actually enjoyed being dragged along to pick out finishing touches during his family’s home renovation. Between the renovation, DIY projects around the house, and gardening with his parents, he grew to love anything project-based and the satisfaction of seeing a space come together.
After studying business, marketing, and psychology at Fordham University, Conor’s curiosity took him in a few different directions. His time at Airbnb was spent building community among New York hosts and launching Social Impact Experiences along the East Coast. A transfer to the Los Angeles office brought him west—a welcome return to California after spending part of his childhood in the East Bay. An Airbnb beekeeping experience eventually turned into a job tending hives throughout Los Angeles, where working in gardens across the city deepened his interest in plants and landscapes.
That interest brought him to Rolling Greens, where he began working closely with LA designers and their projects. Helping bring their ideas to life rekindled that early love of seeing a space come together and left him wanting to work even more closely with the design community.
That path ultimately led him to STOCK, drawn to its distinct point of view and support of independent artists and makers. Today, Conor leads the showroom’s sales and client experience. For him, much of the fun is in the hunt—understanding a client’s vision, tracking down the right piece, and playing a part in seeing it come to life.
Arthur Redman
Special Projects
Funny enough, Art is concurrently the newest and longest tenured member of the STOCK team. Having met Stephan 31 years ago as across-the-hall neighbors in Chicago, they coincidentally and serendipitously found themselves in a lifelong partnership.Originally hailing from the great state of Wisconsin, Art earned his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin, before pursuing and earning an M.A. and Ph.D. in Sociology from University of Massachusetts-Amherst. He went on to teach Sociology as a Professor at Chicago State University for 32 years before recently retiring (Congrats, Art!).Instead of simply hanging up the spurs, Art will continue to teach, as well as be a helping hand at STOCK in a variety of aspects of the business–namely tackling special projects for the team, managing STOCK’s archive of curated pieces, and demonstrating his cooking talents for artist showcases at the storefront and luncheons at his & Stephan’s home.“It’s unlike anything I’ve ever done, and that’s what’s exciting for me.”
