Returns
Eligible Items
Online orders may be returned within 10 days of delivery for store credit. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
All furniture, art, sculptures, living plants, vintage, consignment and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Damages + Delivery Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at hello@stock.studio if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Dusty Deco
Dusty Deco items are eligible for return directly to Dusty Deco within the first 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Customer is responsible for all associated return shipping costs. Please contact support@dustydeco.com to initiate return.
Shipping + Delivery
In Stock Items
Items that are in stock and meet standard carrier guidelines typically ship within 1-2 days of order placement, excluding weekends and holidays. We may take up to 2-4 days to process your order during peak shopping periods and holidays.
A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. We ask that you please allow 7-10 days from purchase date of
shipment for delivery. If you would like to receive your orders sooner, please contact us at hello@stock.studio to request expedited shipping.
If your order requires additional or special handling, you will be notified before your order ships of any additional charges.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Stock Studio is not responsible for lost or delayed
shipments. If a package is lost or marked as delivered but not received, the customer must file a claim directly with the carrier using the tracking information provided.
Oversized + Heavy Items
Certain items are not eligible for standard carrier shipping. These include, but are not limited to, large furniture, heavy stone or concrete, oversized art, etc. If you purchase one of these items, please contact us at hello@stock.studio to arrange local pickup or special shipping accommodations. Shipping costs and timelines for these items vary and will be quoted separately.
Third Party Shipping (Dusty Deco)
Dusty Deco items ship directly from the vendor via a third-party carrier and include curbside delivery to the nearest driveway or gate for a flat rate calculated at checkout. Additional delivery options may be available for an added cost. For special requests or custom
shipping quotes, please contact support@dustydeco.com.
White Glove Delivery
Large and fragile items may require shipment via White Glove Delivery. This premium delivery service includes blanket wrapping of each item, inside placement and removal of all packaging and debris.
To request white glove delivery, please contact us at hello@stock.studio with your order number and delivery address. We will provide a delivery estimate for review and approval (good for 30 days).
Will Call
We are happy to work with you to coordinate Will Call, should you prefer to coordinate your own delivery services. To arrange this, please contact us at hello@stock.studio.
In Store Pick Up
All orders are eligible for free, in-store pickup. Select Pick-Up at checkout to retrieve items from our West Hollywood location. You will receive an email notification when your online pickup order is ready.

We are not responsible for paid items left over three weeks (21 days) from purchase.
Storage Policy
Stock Studio is happy to hold furniture at our shop or warehouse for up to 2 weeks free of charge from its ready-for-pick up date. After 2 weeks (10 business days) have passed, Storage & Handling Fees will accrue at a rate of $100 per week. After 90 days, cancellation of order is at the discretion of Stock Studio.
Trade Program
Benefits
As a member of the Stock Studio Trade Program, you’ll receive exclusive trade discount pricing both online and in-store, and a dedicated Trade Representative to closely assist with your design project needs.
Members also receive tax exemption on applicable orders and early access to new product launches and trade-only events.
Eligibility
Our Trade Program is open to all designers, architects, purchasing agents, and stylists. To apply, complete our trade application (LINK) and we’ll respond within 24 hours with a confirmation email, invitation to create an online trade account, and additional details about our program.
Trade Orders
Invitation to the Stock Studio Trade Program includes a dedicated online account that allows you to shop online with an automatically applied trade discount. Once logged in, your trade discount will display on all eligible items and is automatically applied at checkout.

Tax Exemption
We are happy to extend tax exemption to all eligible and registered Trade Program members. Complete our trade application (LINK) and view a list of eligible tax-exempt states and the required Resale Certificate forms needed for exemption.
