The full gut renovation, in collaboration with Black Mountain Construction, blends bold colors, rich textures, and contemporary artwork against sweeping city and bay views.Architectural highlights include custom hand-applied lime plaster by Kamp Studios, Moroccan zellige tile in the kitchen nook, and statement pieces from George Nakashima, Gio Ponti, and Chen Chen & Kai Williams. A vintage translucent resin-block room divider from Blackman Cruz anchors the primary suite, layered with peach built-ins, silk canopy drapes, and an antique Oushak rug.
