Un’common is a furniture and accessories studio founded in 2016 in Lodz, Poland. Essential to the process is to identify and work with local craftspeople who can construct the pieces as specified. Un’common primarily works with marble, travertine, and wood; the raw beauty of the materials is evident in the final product. The designers don’t want manufactured precision in their line, preferring the materials to tell their own unique story. At Un’common the materials propel and inform the design.
